Marc Franklin, M.D., founded The ENT Center of New Braunfels and Cosmedical Esthetics in 2006. A native Texan, Dr. Franklin received his medical degree at UT Medicine – San Antonio in 1997 and also completed his Otolaryngology Residency in 2002. After four years of private practice in Atlanta, Dr. Franklin and his family returned to Texas where he realized a dream of opening his own practice. He is pleased to fulfill the ear, nose, and throat and esthetic needs of Comal County.
Throughout his career, Dr. Franklin has developed a reputation for providing conscientious, compassionate, and comprehensive care to his patients. He is especially interested in providing cutting-edge estethic procedures which are safe, efficient yet minimally invasive with minimal downtime. Dr. Franklin is board certified in Otolaryngology / Head and Neck Surgery (ENT) and Sleep Medicine. He also holds certifications in laser proficiency, esthetic procedures and diagnostics. He is diligent in incorporating the latest technological advances into his practice to improve patient care and comfort. Dr. Franklin is affiliated with Christus Santa Rosa Hospital, New Braunfels and Resolute Hospital, New Braunfels. He also serves on the Outpatient Surgery Physician Advisory Board in New Braunfels. His interests outside of work include snowboarding, health and fitness, literature and family.
Brenda Riddle
Practice Manager
Brenda joined The ENT Center of New Braunfels in October 2006 when it was founded by Dr. Franklin. She brought with her a strong background in Insurance billing and administration management from years in the health care insurance industry. Brenda is a certified medical office manager, billing and coding specialist and a member of the Practice Management Institute, American Academy of Professional Coders and the National Healthcare Association.
Brenda is a true Texan and a Native of New Braunfels; this is reflected in her love of music, German culture and good coffee. She enjoys spending time with her grandsons, Chase and Brody, antique shopping, traveling with her family and finding the best local latte.
With a strong social conscience and desire to help others, she also devotes time to helping various organizations.
A fun fact about Brenda: the person she would most like to have dinner with is Wynonna Judd – she’s a longtime fan of hers and they share the same age.
Sierra Chesko, Au.D., CCC-A
Audiologist
Sierra Chesko earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Science and Disorders from the University of Pittsburgh in 2021 and her Doctor of Audiology from the University of Texas at Austin in 2025. Prior to joining the ENT Center of New Braunfels, she completed her clinical externship at the Dallas Ear Institute. Dr. Chesko is licensed by the state of Texas and accredited by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. During graduate school, she had several clinical rotations through ENT offices as well as private practices throughout Austin and San Antonio.
Dr. Chesko’s passion for audiology started in high school, when she babysat for two children with hearing loss. Her clinical interests include comprehensive diagnostic audiology, vestibular assessment and adult/pediatric hearing aids. Outside of audiology, Sierra enjoys reading, exploring new restaurants and traveling to see her family in Pennsylvania and the Bahamas. She is excited to be serving the New Braunfels community.
Candace Gray
Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Candace Gray is a licensed medical aesthetician who’s passionate about helping people feel confident in their skin. She offers personalized, results-driven treatments using advanced techniques like injectables, chemical peels and laser therapy such as radiofrequency and ultrasound.
A 2018 graduate of Avenue Five Institute, Candace furthered her expertise with advanced injectable training at the Texas Laser Institute. She has worked alongside leading aesthetic brands such as Allergan, Evolus and Galderma, gaining extensive experience in clinical skincare and the latest aesthetic technologies.
Candace is best known for her caring personality, warm smile and ability to make clients feel at ease from the moment they walk through the door. She believes in taking the time to truly listen, building lasting relationships and creating treatment plans that prioritize both comfort and long-term results.
Outside of work, Candace is a proud mom of two boys. She enjoys exploring botanical gardens, attending local wellness events and finding inspiration in skincare and beauty trends from around the world.
