Mitchell Kissick
Audiologist
Mitchell Kissick, Au.D., joined the ENT Center of New Braunfels in 2022. His interests in music and helping others led him to audiology. As an audiologist, he finds he can live out these values daily in a way that contributes meaningfully to his community, which is also very important to him.
Mitchell earned his bachelor’s (B.S.) and Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degrees from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. His fourth-year externship was at Bay Area Audiology and Hearing Aids, a division of Clear Lake Medical Center ENT, in Webster, Texas. Coming from a small town, Mitchell has a soft spot for small town communities so during his time in Muncie, he planned and organized a pediatric health fair.
Mitchell enjoys bonding with each patient as he provides hearing loss diagnosis, treatment and continued care that follows the hearing aid fitting process. He wants his patients to know that he’ll always be there for them and will work to solve any challenges that may arise in their individual hearing health care journey.
Outside of the office, Mitchell enjoys fishing, hiking, attending rock and country concerts, playing guitar (which he has done for more than 13 years) and watching various motorsports.

Brenda Riddle

Brenda joined The ENT Center of New Braunfels in October 2006 when it was founded by Dr. Franklin. Brenda is a certified medical office manager, billing and coding specialist and a member of the Practice Management Institute, American Academy of Professional Coders and the National Healthcare Association.
Brenda is a true Texan and a Native of New Braunfels; this is reflected in her love of music, German culture and good coffee. She enjoys spending time with her grandson, Chase, antique shopping, traveling with her family and finding the best local latte.
With a strong social conscience and desire to help others, she also devotes time to helping various organizations.
A fun fact about Brenda: the person she would most like to have dinner with is Wynonna Judd – she’s a longtime fan of hers and they share the same age.
